There are no set interest rates for FHA and VA loans. The FHA stopped regulating rates in 1983 and the VA followed suit soon after.  Although interest rates are relatively similar from lender to lender due to market forces it pays to shop around for the best rate.  Always keep in mind that costs associated with the loan can vary as well so don't forget to shop those as well.
