Our Seller's Edge Service provides you with weekly updates and direct feedback online as to what prospective buyers and agents are saying about your home.  All designed to help you sell your home FASTER and for MORE money!

Lets look at one of the largest consumer complaints about real estate agents.  We have heard over and over that many agents seem to disappear after the listing is signed.  Once you sign the listing they do not return phone calls, never seem to be available to provide any kind of updates on progress they are making. 

The Crown Team is different.  First you have a team of real estate agents working for you!  Our Seller's Edge automated "Buyer's Agent Feedback System" is just one way that we provide you a premium customer service experience when selling your home.

Here's how it works:

The Crown Team follows up every time your home is shown.  The showings are entered into our Buyer's Agent Feedback System.

Our system automatically follows up with each agent that shows your home (at least three times) to solicit the buyer's and agent's comments on your home (few agents have the time to follow up even once).  Once received, these comments are automatically entered into our system.

As our client you will have 24/7 access to our "Client Information Center" and your own password protected web site.  Once logged in you can view all comments up to date about showings and all completed activity that The Crown Team has done to help sell your home.

OK...So What does this mean to you?

The Crown Team believes that "everything we know you should know".  One of our major tasks is to collect relevant information and present it to you in a way that you can make informed decisions.  Feedback from agents and buyers of your home allows us to improve on misunderstandings and problems with the way your home shows before they have a negative impact on the sale of your home.

The Crown team enters all agents that have shown your home into our system. We then use the system to let agents know about any changes that may occur, like a change of price or terms and when we receive an offer.  We automatically email each agent of these changes and sometimes it results in multiple offers.

The Crown Team designed this system to insure you always have the same up to date information that we have and to insure a premium customer service experience.
